COVID-19 Update

We pray that you and your family is safe during these trying times. To ensure the health and the safety of our customers and employees WE CANNOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES DURING THIS TIME!

 

Lastly, Please be patient with us as most of our vendors are also facing state closures and longer order processing times. Our Shipping Services are also dealing with a flux of online shopping. It may take 2-3 days extra to recieve your package. We do ship daily and provides updates! 

EXCHANGE ONLY! 

  • 7 Day Exchange Only! If ordered online, you have 7 day from the day you received your package.
  • All Merchandise Must be returned in New Condition with tags attached.
  • All Exchanges are at the discretion of management. Merchandise that has been worn or has an odor, will not be accepted
  • ALL JEWELRY, SHAPE WEAR, SUNGLASSES and SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. 

SHIPPING

  • Please allow 3-5 days to receive your order. In most cases you will receive your order sooner . If the order is delayed, you will be notified of the new ship date. 
  • All Order are shipped Via USPS
  • You are responsible for all return shipping fees 

PRE-ORDERS

  • Each Pre-Order has and estimate ship date but they are sometimes subject to change, due to the manufacturer. If this is the case, we will stay in constant contact and keep you informed. If we cannot deliver your item, you will be refunded.

ORDER PROCESSING

  • All orders are processed in the order that they are received.
  • If we sale out of an item, your order will be refunded
  • Orders begin processing the same day that they are received.
